Gift Card Use
L’Auberge Chez Francois and Jacques’ Brasserie gift cards (the “Gift Cards”) are available for purchase at www.laubergechezfrancois.com and may be used in person at either restaurant or via phone for takeout or other purchases. Gift Card balances must be applied up to the full cost of a purchase, if available. If the full cost of a purchase exceeds your Gift Card balance, the remaining balance must be paid using a payment method accepted by us at the time of redemption.
Gift Cards are redeemable in-person at our restaurants or over the phone for an experience. If the full cost of a purchase exceeds your Gift Card balance, the remaining balance must be paid using a payment method accepted by us at the time of redemption.
Returns and Cancellations
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards If you suspect that someone has stolen your Gift Card, or if you lose access to your Gift Card, contact us immediately. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proof of purchase. Gift Cards will only be replaced if the circumstances merit such action, in our sole discretion. Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.
Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss of Gift Cards passes to the purchaser as soon as the Gift Card is purchased, and to the recipient as soon as a Gift Card is delivered. Chez Francois of Great Falls, LLC is not responsible for lost, misdirected or stolen Gift Cards.
Gift Cards can be paid for by any payment method accepted by Chez Francois of Great Falls, LLC at the time of purchase of the Gift Card, but for the avoidance of doubt, a Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another gift card. The recipient will have to pay applicable sales tax when the Gift Card is redeemed.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHEZ FRANCOIS OF GREAT FALLS, LLC MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD IF, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, A REPLACEMENT IS DEEMED APPROPRIATE. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES ARISING FROM A BREACH OF WARRANTY. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
